OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL, INC., (OPPORTUNITY), IS A TAX EXEMPT, PUBLICLY SUPPORTED FAITH-BASED CORPORATION. BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, SUPPORT AND TRAINING, WE EQUIP PEOPLE LIVING IN POVERTY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES TO BUILD SUSTAINABLE INCOMES, EDUCATE (SEE SCH O) THEIR CHILDREN AND ESCAPE GENERATIONAL POVERTY, IN THE PROCESS TRANSFORMING THEIR LIVES, THEIR CHILDREN'S FUTURES, AND THEIR COMMUNITIES. OPPORTUNITY'S PROGRAMS ARE FINANCED THROUGH CHARITABLE DONATIONS, EARNED INCOME FROM ITS BANKING OPERATIONS AND FOCUSED ON DEPLOYING LOCAL FUNDS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES, PROVIDED BY PARTNER BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO ITS CLIENTS.

From March through June 2026, Opportunity International demonstrated deepening impact across its core program areas. The Graduation program delivered some of the period's most striking outcomes: in Colombia, participants nearly tripled their daily income from $0.86 to $2.53, while in Haiti, 650 families completed the program with 99% increasing their income, building an average of $558 in savings, and 82.6% now sending all children to school. The April launch of Project Catalyst — a partnership with CARE and CGAP targeting 1 million+ women entrepreneurs and $600 million in lending across four African countries — marked a significant scaling moment. The Teacher Mentor Program, active across 23 countries and 5,800+ schools, raised education quality ratings from 65% to 78%, with resilience evident even after USAID funding cuts in Ghana. The period's 2025 Impact Report anchored these stories within a global network of 148 financial institution partners serving 16.7 million clients across 28 countries.
