From March through June 2026, New Incentives demonstrated both the scale and depth of its childhood vaccination program across northern Nigeria. The All Babies program surpassed 396,000 caregiver enrollments and disbursed ₦2.5 billion in cash incentives, while the addition of the ₦5,000 Livelihood Grant brought total per-child incentives to ₦11,000 — reinforcing the program's dual focus on health outcomes and household economic resilience. Coverage Monitoring expanded to over 26,000 household surveys across 13 states, grounding program claims in real-world data. A notable behavioral shift emerged as fathers and male caregivers began actively participating in vaccination visits, documented in the "Joining the Line" blog series. Since a 2023 EA Global London milestone, New Incentives has enrolled an additional 5 million infants — a figure that anchors the period's story of sustained, measurable growth.
